Our Story
Exemplar Workforce is a HR and Payroll firm whose approach is ideal for small to medium sized businesses. Exemplar was created from an internal need that existed amongst our sister companies which did not have a dedicated HR Team. We recognised the gap in those companies and developed a plan to address those needs. Here we are, more than 5 years later with a business that can provide a full range of outsourced HR services, available in customizable packages.
